Paul is 12 years old. He was abandoned by hi, mother at an infant age. He lives with his 78-year-old grandmother in Buikwe- Lugazi who tries to support him to provide the basic needs of life and feeding him. She gets money from well-wishers in the community, with the little that they get they can barely survive. It is a tough time they are going through because the grandmother has no job to help the family but just a peasant farmer.
