Teach Her to Sew!
In addition to sending children to school, DACAM supplements their education with basic life skills. Skills that were once passed on within families and communities have been lost through the years as families have lost important role models these last two generations due to HIV/AIDS and decades of civil wars. Classes of ten are trained twice a week for five months. Upon completion each person receives a certificate and a small loan to start up.

Develop a Child Africa Ministries is working so hard to see that families that have been in dire poverty for a long time can break the chain of poverty to move towards self-sufficiency. Our goal here is to improve life standards of families that we can in contact with. Partnering with us with not only grow these families but they will blessing for many more years to come.
